Wisconsin Educational Communications Board (ECB)

Evans designed a new statewide video, data and voice network to be used by the public TV and radio stations in Wisconsin. The broadband system will carry digital television, analog television, stereo music, talk radio, and network IP services to broadcast facilities serving every major population center in the State.
