Energy Company Projects:

Evans was retained by Entergy Systems, Inc. of Texas to determine the extent to which the construction of an electric transmission substation would disrupt nearby AM broadcast station KALO. Several alternative electric line routes were studied, and the projected costs of mitigation procedures were tabulated. An exhaustive engineering exhibit was prepared to present the recommendations, using Evans' proprietary re-radiation analysis. See --> Entergy Web Site.

Evans conducted an RF environmental study for Calpine Electric
Company in San Francisco, proposing to locate a new gas-fired generating plant in the environmently sensitive Bay area near two broadcast facilities. Evans coordinated the requirements of local, State, and Federal jurisdictions. See --> Calpine Web Site.

Evans has been in the forefront of the wind turbine energy movement by evaluating interference and environmental impact. MGE Windmills.
